  Rhythm N Motion is located on 2304 John Hawkins Parkway/hwy 150 in Hoover just three miles from the Galleria.  From I 459, take exit 10 Hoover Met Stadium exit.  Take a right and travel a mile and a half up the hill.  You will see the construction on your right for a new Target and Lowes shopping center.  Continue up the hill.  Look to your left for the shopping center next to Pizza Hut.  We are next to Alfa Insurance, Subway, and the cleaners before the intersection of South Shades Crest and John Hawkins/hwy150.
